From a quaint little 'omelette place' in Karama where people queued up for hours (waiting to get in) to a much loved brand with presence in JLT, Safeer Mall and Sheikh Zayed Road, Raju Omlet has come a long way. As its Brand Custodian, I was responsible for setting the brand's unique, quirky tone of voice and it's irreverent and casual atmosphere. I am a vital part of the management board that envisions a massive expansion of the brand's franchise.From contributing to the interiors to creating 360° branding that diners could touch, feel and see.
